It was announced on Wednesday that Joe Montemurro will leave his role as head coach at the end of the season. The process to find Joe's replacement is underway.
In a statement, Venkatesham said: "Joe has been an instrumental part of our success in recent years and we are grateful for his contribution. He has helped to develop our players and our team, and we wish him all the best for the future."
Montemurro joined Arsenal in 2017 and has led the team to two Women's Super League titles and two FA Cups. He has also helped the team to reach the final of the UEFA Women's Champions League.
Montemurro's departure is a blow to Arsenal, but the club is confident that they can find a suitable replacement. The club is already in talks with several potential candidates.
